We are Pokémon Palace Trading Card Shop a small etailer of trading card game cards from the Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh! franchises.

You must be at least 18 years old to buy on Pokémon Palace Trading Card Shop and affiliated websites. We do sell products that are for ages 13 and up, but it sells them only to adults 18 years and older who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. Products and Pricing
Pokémon Palace Trading Card Shop tries to be as accurate as possible in all aspects of card pricing and product availability. However, The Company does not guarantee that product listings, prices, descriptions, available quantities, shipping times or release dates are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product you purchase from Us is not as described, your recourse is to return it or request a partial refund by working with our Customer Service Team.
Unless otherwise noted, the price displayed for products on Pokémon Palace Trading Card Shop represents the current price for that product, not including any shipping charges, taxes or processing fees that may be required.
Your credit card or PayPal account will be charged as soon as you submit your order. Certain factors may trigger an authorization challenge, in which you may be asked to confirm a small refund amount on your account or supply a phone number that we may use to contact you to confirm your identity. In these cases, you will still be charged for your order. If you fail the authorization challenge, your payment will be returned to you within 10 business days. If you pass the authorization challenge, your order will be processed as normal.
Risks and Liabilities

Return and Refund Policy
Generally ALL SALES of Goods are FINAL.
However, if, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so if the order has NOT shipped. If Your Order has shipped, then you may return it in unused condition for a refund (Shipping fees are NOT refundable) within 30 days.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods less shipping fees and any restocking fees. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any additional fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
- The Goods are in the original UNOPENED packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Failed deliveries that are returned to Us are subject to these return and refund conditions.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on close out sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Refunds issued will NOT include any shipping fees. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.
What We collect and store

Payments
We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of Your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total, billing and shipping information.

Shipping & Tax
Data Used: For payments with PayPal: purchase total, currency, billing information. For taxes: the value of goods in the cart, value of shipping, destination address. For checkout rates: destination address, purchased product IDs, dimensions, weight, and quantities. For shipping labels: customer’s name, address as well as the dimensions, weight, and quantities of purchased products.
Data Synced: For payments, we send the purchase total, currency and customer’s billing information to the respective payment processor. Please see the respective third party’s privacy policy (PayPal’s Privacy Policy) for more details. For automated taxes we send the value of goods in the cart, the value of shipping, and the destination address to TaxJar. Please see TaxJar’s Privacy Policy for details about how they handle this information. For checkout rates we send the destination ZIP/postal code and purchased product dimensions, weight and quantities to the carrier directly or via EasyPost, depending on the service used. For shipping labels we send the customer’s name, address as well as the dimensions, weight, and quantities of purchased products to EasyPost. We also store the purchased shipping labels on our server to make it easy to reprint them and handle support requests.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the Website we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Contact forms
We collect information about visitors who submit a contact request on the Webites. We use the Akismet anti-spam service. Activity Tracked: This feature sends page view events over to Google Analytics for consumption. Other Shopping events are also sent to Google Analytics: shopping cart additions and removals, product listing views and clicks, product detail views, and purchases.
How long we retain your data
If You leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on Our Website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
